I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! The staff, especially Khalid and Mohhamed, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a dream. They helped me with all my needs, including arranging excursions and giving me information about the local area. The private Riad Hammam and Massage were absolutely incredible and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The hotel is located in a safe area with friendly people, and it was easy to navigate once you learned the small streets. The ground floor is perfect for those hot days when you need to cool down, and the terrace offers stunning views of the mountains, the Koutoubia, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. I am already planning my next visit here, as I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This place truly made my trip unforgettable!
The hotel is very well located, close to many popular attractions such as Jemaa el fna and the souks. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel is situated in a quiet area which is a welcome escape from the bustling medina.

The hotel's location in the center of Medina was perfect for exploring this vibrant city. We loved how it was in a slightly more up market area, giving us a sense of luxury while still being close to the center of the action. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with every corner spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful courtyard, a relaxing pool, and a fine rooftop terrace offering amazing views of the surroundings.
